My Embodied Approach

My Embodied Approach

My approach is heart-led, nurturing, and intuitive. I meet you exactly as you are - emotionally, energetically, and with full presence. There is no fixing and no forcing. We move at your pace, guided by what your body, heart, and nervous system need in each moment.

I guide you through gentle movement, breath, sound, and embodied awareness, informed by Qigong, gentle self-healing practices, and energy-based work. Where it feels supportive, this may also include Rapid Tapping® or Reiki. Nature, garden walks, quiet conversation, reflection, and simply being together in presence are all part of the work.

Emotions are welcomed and respected. Rather than working against them, we allow them to move, soften, and integrate naturally.

Why Embodiment Matters

Grief is not only emotional, but it also lives in the body and nervous system. It can affect sleep, digestion, energy levels, stress, anxiety, and overall wellbeing. When grief is held only in the mind, it often remains stuck.

An embodied approach gently supports the whole system. By working somatically, with the body as well as the mind, grief can be felt safely, allowed to unfold naturally, and integrated over time. This creates space for healing to quietly deepen, without overwhelm.

This is a holistic approach, where science meets the soul, and where self-healing is supported through presence, awareness, and compassionate care.
