✨ Growing Through Grief
A heart-led path to light, hope and reconnection.
A gentle, steady space where you are supported through grief in a way that honours your whole being - body, heart, nervous system, and energy.
Grief is not something to fix or rush. It asks to be met with compassion, safety, and space to move at its own pace. In this journey, we create room for what you are carrying, while also nurturing moments of lightness, breath, and quiet strength.
Your path may include gentle Qigong movement, breath, stillness, sound, nature connection, and embodied practices that help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself. Some sessions are soft and restorative; others may support release, reflection, or clarity. We follow what your system needs.
This heart-led path is for women who want more than just talking, who want to feel supported in their body and nervous system as well as their emotions. Over time, many notice a growing sense of space, steadiness, and an increased capacity to be with life alongside their grief.
There is no pressure, no performance, and no expectation to “move on.”
You are met exactly where you are.
My work is rooted in my own personal story of loss and supported by substantial training and practice in embodied, energy-based self-healing.
I am a qualified and experienced Qigong instructor, having completed multiple Qigong teacher trainings and advanced practices such as Small Universe Qigong, Inner Fire, and Elemental Alchemy. These practices inform how I work with the body, breath, emotions, and energy in a grounded, safe, and compassionate way.
Alongside this, I am trained in Rapid Tapping® and am a certified Pivot Into Power™ Coach Facilitator. I am also a Reiki practitioner. All of these tools are drawn on gently, intuitively, and in an embodied way - rather than in a structured or goal-driven approach.
I have many years’ experience supporting adults and children through movement, breath, emotional presence, and nervous-system-aware practices. This work is holistic in nature and shaped by ongoing learning, personal experience, and deep respect for the individuality of each person’s grief.
This work is not therapy or counselling, and it does not replace medical or psychological care. It offers gentle, embodied, heart-led support that can sit alongside other forms of care.
