Qigong is a cornerstone of Chinese medicine and one of its most beautiful self-care practices. It works with the body’s natural energy, gently bringing together movement, breath and awareness.
Through slow, flowing sequences, we encourage energy to circulate through the meridians - often described as the body’s rivers of life. As energy begins to move more freely, many people notice a greater sense of calm, clarity and connection within themselves.
Qigong is quiet and powerful in equal measure.
It invites you to slow down, listen inward and meet yourself with kindness.
In my sessions, I weave practices from three complementary traditions:
• Small Universe Qigong – supporting balance and vitality through the body’s energetic pathways.
• Inner Fire Qigong – awakening steadiness, strength and inner trust.
• Elemental Alchemy – harmonising the five elements to support emotional and energetic wellbeing.
This way of practising can ease tension, settle the nervous system, and help you feel more at home in your body and heart.
Developed by global tapping expert Poppy Delbridge, Rapid Tapping® is an evidence-based method drawing on neuroscience, energy psychology, mindset work and visualisation.
Using a sequence of light rhythmic tapping, this approach can help calm the stress response, regulate the nervous system and create space for new feelings and perspectives to emerge.
It is simple, practical and deeply supportive.
Rather than analysing or retelling your story, we work with what is present in the moment - allowing the body and heart to process and settle at a pace that feels manageable.
In our sessions, Rapid Tapping® can help reduce emotional intensity, loosen patterns of thinking, and gently reconnect you with a sense of steadiness and possibility.
Each experience begins exactly where you are, offering a compassionate way back to yourself.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It offers a calm, nurturing way to rest, receive and reconnect.
During a session, energy is shared intuitively - often without touch - creating a quiet environment where the body can soften, the mind can become still, and the heart has space to breathe.
Many people experience deep relaxation, a sense of release, or a feeling of being held in something steady and supportive.
Reiki is not about effort.
It is about allowing.
It can be especially comforting during times of stress, change or grief, when words may feel hard to find but care and presence are deeply needed.
